Refund Policy
Not satisfied with your order? We accept returns on eligible items, requested within 7 working days of the delivery date (excluding sale items which are final).
Please contact us at info@miamirahair.com in the first instance, with your order number and full name advising on the reason for your return for which an initial assessment will be carried out before a refund is issued. Please attach clear and visible photos where applicable. We will specify the return address in the correspondence. Kindly note that we will not accept items that are sent back without an initial return request. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For any refund request the following must be met:
- Items must be in their unused state, we cannot accept items which have been worn or used.
- Ensure the original Mia Mira tags, labels, binds and packaging are intact.
- The hair extensions must not be modified in any way e.g. cut, coloured, bleached or chemically processed.
- Any free gift included must also be returned e.g. our Mia Mira hair kit.
We reserve the right to refuse your refund request, should the above conditions not be adhered to.
Please note that you will bear the postage cost for your return. We would recommend using a tracked service for your return e.g. Royal Mail Special delivery to ensure we receive your item. We will not issue a refund for any item which we do not receive back.
We will process your refund once we receive and have inspected your item, please allow 7 working days for your refund to be processed, for which we will send you a confirmation email.
