We sell human hair crochet extensions and related hair products.
We make every effort to ensure:

- Images reflect the true colour and texture of the hair
However, due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of human hair, slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur.
All products are subject to availability.
Orders
When you place an order through our Shopify store:
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
- This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
- A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud
If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring payment details are correct
- Paying any international customs duties or import taxes (if applicable)
International Shipping
We ship both within the UK and internationally.
For international orders:
- Delivery times may vary (5 – 10 working days)
- Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of human hair products:
- Hair extensions must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for return.
- Once packaging seals are broken or the hair has been installed, returns cannot be accepted.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs as evidence
We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
