UK: Standard shipping in the UK takes 2-5 working days. Occasionally, due to factors outside of our control like planned strikes, public holidays or busy seasons, delays may occur. We provide UK Next Day Delivery, please order before 2PM for your item to arrive the next working day (excludes weekends). We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Tracked & Signed).

International: Shipping to other European countries, the U.S. and to the rest of world is carried out by DHL Express and expected to arrive within 5-10 working days. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Occasionally, due to factors outside of our control like planned strikes, public holidays or busy seasons, delays may occur. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any additional fees e.g. custom fees or taxes associated with your parcel upon delivery.

We highly recommend for all customers to place orders well in advance of any hair appointments to allow for your hair extensions to arrive in good time.
