Shipping Policy

UK: We provide Fast UK Delivery (1-3 Working Days). Our Orders are dispatched the same day or next working day (where possible). Occasionally, due to factors outside of our control like planned strikes, public holidays or busy seasons, delays may occur.

International: Shipping to other European countries, the U.S. and to the rest of world is carried out by Royal Mail International / DHL Express and expected to arrive within 5-10 working days. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Occasionally, due to factors outside of our control like planned strikes, public holidays or busy seasons, delays may occur. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any additional fees e.g. custom fees or taxes associated with your parcel upon delivery.

We highly recommend for all customers to place orders well in advance of any hair appointments to allow for your hair extensions to arrive in good time.

Please make sure that your address is entered correctly to ensure thar your package is properly delivered without any delays. We cannot take responsibility for misplaced, lost or incorrectly delivered parcels, should the address information provided at checkout be incorrect.

Order amendment policy: Need another pack? No problem! We understand that sometimes you may realise you need a little more hair after placing your order.

You can add additional items within 48 hours of placing your order and still benefit from any applicable bundle pricing.
To add to your order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of placing your original order.
  • We will confirm the additional amount payable and send you an invoice or secure payment link.
  • Additional delivery charges will apply and are payable by the customer.
  • Additional items are subject to stock availability and are only reserved once payment has been received.

As we offer same-day or next-working-day dispatch, your original order may already have been dispatched when you contact us. If this happens, your additional item will be sent as a separate shipment and the applicable delivery charge will still apply.

Please note: Bundle pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to additional items purchased after the 48-hour amendment period.
